Advanced Settings
Ask before Publishing
To publish safely ensuring all comments have been resolved, you can check the Ask Before Publishing setting. To do that:
Open Project Settings → Advanced.
Check Ask before publishing.
Click Save changes in the top menu.
Lock Page when Editing
To ensure only one user is editing the page at a time, you can check the Lock Page when Editing setting. To do that:
Open Project Settings → Advanced.
Check Lock page when editing.
Click Save changes in the top menu.
When this setting is enabled and a user is editing, all other users will see a banner informing them that the page is locked. While this banner is showing, they will not be able to modify the page until the editing user saves or discards. Once the page gets unlocked, the page will refresh automatically.
Require Annotating on Saving
Force editors to annotate the changes to be saved. This helps you keep a clean history. To do that:
Open Project Settings → Advanced.
Check Require annotating on saving.
Click Save changes in the top menu.
Docs Digest Email
The docs digest is a recurring email to the project's admins and publishers covering what needs your attention: broken links, searches that came back with nothing, and the feedback readers left. It also lists pages edited recently but still unpublished, and comments nobody has resolved.
Each section carries a button that opens AI Agent with the request already written, so repairing the links or drafting the missing pages starts from the email itself. Nothing in your documentation changes until you send it and approve what comes back.
To choose how often it arrives:
Open Project Settings → Advanced.
Under Notifications, set Docs digest email to Weekly, Every two weeks, Monthly or Never.
Click Save changes in the top menu.
A project with nothing to report is left out.
